Grand Master Danny Hazan

Grand Master Danny Hazan is an 8th dan in Krav Maga.

He is also a senior rank in Shotokan Karate , kyokushin budokai , combat sambo, judo, kobudo-BJJ. His martial arts experience contributed to the success of establishing the SaishokidoTM Academy, and the Authentic Israeli Krav-Maga Academy (AIKMA), which operates in different places around the world.

GM. Danny start practicing martial arts in 1975

Grand Master Danny was first introduced to Krav Maga in school as a student in 1975 in the "Gadna" (an Israeli military program to prepare youth for their mandatory military service). Danny served in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) in an elite combat unit, where he was trained in various combat techniques. He also fought in the first Lebanese War.

With the completion of his compulsory military service, Danny was trained in Krav Maga by the IDF and became an instructor to elite units as a reservist. He was also in command of Krav Maga training to the Northern Command, traveling between army bases as a Krav Maga instructor. Danny continues to train elite units voluntarily.
